The salesperson does not scan or photograph documents. You can precomplet the questionnaire and then send it to seller.
An order placed by a politically exposed person or a person residing in a high-risk country requires the submission of a bank account statement.
The seller requires the questionnaire to be completed in order to comply with paragraphs §7 and §10 of Act No. 297/2008 Z.z.. If customer cannot complete and submit the questionnaire, please contact the seller.
During obtain of the goods, it is necessary to verify the accuracy of the provided details with the information in the identification document, in accordance with paragraph §8 of the Act.
Note: An identity card serves as proof of identity; if you do not hold an identity card, a valid travel document is required. The seller has the right to request a photocopy of the documents. Depending on the value of the transaction, the seller may request additional information, such as proof of the source of funds. The processed data is archived for a period of 5 years in accordance with paragraph §19 Act. 297/2008 Z.z.
After the order is placed, an order summary and than an invoice for payment will be sent.. You will also receive the invoice in physical form; it serves as proof of purchase.
